1. Platform Ownership
The Platform is owned and operated by Savor Zip, a proprietorship firm managed by Sandeep Singh S/o Baljinder Singh, having its principal place of business at: 176, Balaji City, Ram Ghar Road, Sahnewal, Ludhiana, Punjab – 141120, India (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform Owner“, “we“, “us“, or “our“).

2. Acceptance of Terms
Your access to, browsing of, or use of the Platform and/or purchase of homemade namkeens, snacks, or any other products (collectively, the “Products”) or services offered through the Platform (collectively, the “Services”) constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use (“Terms”), including all applicable policies incorporated herein by reference.
BY PLACING AN ORDER OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM OR PLACE ANY ORDER.
Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you (including in purchase orders) are expressly rejected and shall have no force or effect.
3. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform or placement of orders after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms.
4. Eligibility
To place an order or use the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are above 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872;
- You will provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, checkout, and delivery;
- You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.
5. User Obligations
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose;
- Place fake orders, use invalid payment methods, or engage in chargeback fraud;
- Copy, reproduce, or resell any content, images, or products from the Platform;
- Harass, abuse, or defame the Platform Owner or other users.
6. Products & Orders
- All Products are homemade namkeens and snacks prepared in small batches.
- Product images are for illustration only. Actual appearance, weight, and packaging may vary slightly.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service without reason.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- Out-of-stock items will be refunded or replaced with mutual consent.
7. Pricing, Payment & Taxes
- You agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout, including product price, shipping, and taxes.
- We accept payments via COD, UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets through secure payment gateways.
- You are responsible for any customs, duties, or local taxes for international delivery (if offered).
8. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery within India only (unless international shipping is enabled).
- Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days (Punjab: 5–7 days; Rest of India: 7–10 days).
- Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier.
- We are not liable for delays due to courier partners, wrong addresses, or force majeure.
- Non-delivery due to incorrect address will not be refunded.
9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Note: Perishable food items are non-returnable under FSSAI guidelines except in case of damage or wrong item.
10. Intellectual Property
All content (text, images, recipes, logos, packaging designs) on https://savorzip.shop/ is the exclusive property of Savor Zip. Unauthorized use, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited and actionable under law.
11. Third-Party Links & Services
The Platform may use third-party services (e.g., Razorpay, Shiprocket, WhatsApp). You will be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS.
We do not warrant:
- Shelf life beyond Best Before date printed on pack;
- Taste preferences (subjective);
- Zero transit damage (though packed securely).
13. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order, or ₹100, whichever is lower.
We shall not be liable for:
- Allergic reactions (ingredient list provided);
- Indirect or consequential losses;
- Delays beyond our control.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savor Zip and its proprietor from any claims, losses, or penalties arising from:
- Your misuse of the Platform;
- False delivery information;
- Violation of food safety or consumer laws.
15. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for non-performance due to:
- Natural calamities, strikes, war, pandemic;
- Courier failure, government restrictions.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.
